2.1. Data is processed to register and identify the User and provide access to Oqra AI features.
2.2. Data is processed to produce reports and analytics, communicate with the User, and improve the product.
3. Operations Performed on Personal Data
3.1. Consent is given for collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction (updating and amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
4. Transfers to Third Parties
4.1. The User consents to data being transferred to AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Yandex, and others, to the extent required to perform requests, and to data being transferred to and processed in anonymized form by the Yandex Metrica web analytics service to analyze use of the Service, diagnose its operation, and improve the product.
5. Term of Consent
5.1. Consent remains effective throughout use of Oqra AI and for three years after use ends.
5.2. At the end of that period, the data must be deleted or anonymized.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
6.1. The User may withdraw this consent at any time by sending written notice to support@oqra.ai.
6.2. Withdrawal may limit or terminate access to Service features. The Operator stops processing within 30 days after receiving the notice, except where processing may lawfully continue on another basis.
7. Confirmation
7.1. By registering for Oqra AI or submitting a form, the User confirms that they have read this document, understand it, and voluntarily consent to personal data processing on these terms.
