1.1. This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the Oqra AI service (the "Service").

1.2. This Policy applies to all data that the Service may receive about a User through oqra.ai, the user account, and related features.

2.1. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (a personal data subject).

2.2. Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, including collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

2.3. Operator means the person that processes personal data.

2.4. User means an individual who uses the Service.

3.1. We may process an email address, first and last name, phone number when provided, project domains, IP address, device and browser data, scan metadata and analytical results, and analytical cookie data.

4.1. We process data to register and identify the User and provide access to Service features.

4.2. We process data to produce reports and analytics and communicate with the User, including notifications and support.

4.3. We process data to improve the product and user experience, perform contractual obligations, and comply with legal requirements.

5.1. Personal data may be processed on the basis of the personal data subject's consent.

5.2. Data may be processed to perform a contract (the Public Offer) to which the subject is a party.

5.3. Data may be processed on the basis of the Operator's legitimate interests where this does not infringe the subject's rights and freedoms.

6.1. The Service uses essential cookies for correct site operation, analytical cookies to understand traffic and user behavior, and product-improvement cookies.

6.2. The Service uses cookies and web analytics tools. By continuing to use the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Policy. If the User does not agree to its terms, they must stop using the Service.

7.1. Data may be transferred to AI providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Yandex, and others, to the extent required to perform User requests.

7.2. Data may also be transferred in anonymized form to the Yandex Metrica web analytics service to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and interactions with pages, diagnose website and Service operation, and improve the product.

7.3. The Operator does not sell personal data to third parties.

8.1. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing.

8.2. The principal retention period is the term of the contract and three years after the User's last use of the Service. Data is then deleted or anonymized.

9.1. Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.

9.2. Encryption is used for data in transit (TLS) and for stored data where applicable.

9.3. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel, and security measures are reviewed regularly.

10.1. A User may request access to their personal data.

10.2. A User may request correction, blocking, or destruction of data and may withdraw consent to processing.

10.3. A User may lodge a complaint with the competent authority for personal data protection (Roskomnadzor).

11.1. To exercise these rights, a User may send a request to support@oqra.ai.

11.2. A response is provided within 30 days after the request is received.

12.1. When AI providers operate servers outside the Russian Federation, anonymized prompt data may be transferred across borders.

12.2. Account personal data is stored in the Russian Federation.

13.1. The Operator may amend this Policy. The current version is published at /legal/privacy.

13.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
